Hi everyone! I decided to post my ingredients list here for today's TikTok live. I did not have time to put a video together earlier this week. Tonight we are making a Pumpkin Shaped Cheese Ball, Bacon Wrapped Turkey Meatloaf, Twice Baked Potato Casserole, Buttery Carrots, Corn on the Cob. What will we need?

Pumpkin Shaped Cheese Ball (1st & Third Live)

Total Time: 3-24 hours

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz block of cream cheese softened to room temperature

  • 8 oz tub of vegetable cream cheese softened to room temperature

  • 1 package of Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Mix (can use regular)

  • 3 green onions, diced

  • 1 red pepper finely diced, save the stem

  • 2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar (divided to use)

Directions:

  1. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer combine the cream cheeses.

  2. Stir in ranch mix, green onion, red pepper and 1 cup shredded cheddar.

  3. Spread out large sheet of plastic wrap.

  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese onto the plastic wrap.

  5. Then top that cheese with the cheeseball mixture.

  6. Sprinkle tops and sides with remaining cheese.

  7. Wrap it up tightly.

  8. Using twine or rubber bands, shape the cheeseball to create the grooves of a pumpkin.

  9. Place cheeseball in fridge for at least two hours, overnight is best. Keep stem in a baggie wrapped in a wet paper towel until you are ready to serve it.

  10. When ready, cut off bands/twine and carefully remove cling wrap.

  11. Add stem to the top by gently pushing it in there.
